Free delivery for orders of 120 Saudi Riyals or more

Payment methods: Mada card, Visa/Master credit card and Apple pay

 

 

Refunds

 

Cash refunds will only be possible in case there is a manufacturing defect in the product. It is customer responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt, and in case of damage upon arrival or loss of any product, it is required to report and submit a request to Rashfah within 7 days of receipt (with the invoice and order number retained)

In such circumstances, Rashfah is obliged to provide you with an identical replacement product, or a refund if the replacement is not available
